SITUATION

Inaccurate data capturing

100 Club of Mass was using DepositFix to get payments from their members and donors, but the data for each patron or member did not flow accurately to HubSpot. They were unable to distinguish new members from old and had no way to see a member's payment history in HubSpot. 

Lack of centralized data

They were previously using Kindful as their CRM and had their data scattered across platforms. This led to lack of cohesion and made accurate reporting difficult.

Needed new reporting structure

100 Club of Mass required a new reporting structure that helped them visualize all their data and get insights on their members and donors.

Integrating HubSpot and Stripe

We helped them transition from DepositFix to Stripe for more accurate payment tracking, and then successfully integrated HubSpot with Stripe to ensure that their data was stored centralized in HubSpot. 

Updated donation forms

We updated their donation forms with new fields and payment links so they could capture all the necessary details required to become a donor or member, as well as information for further segmentation and deeper insights on patrons.  

Imported historical data from Kindful

We imported their historical data from Kindful to HubSpot and created custom properties wherever applicable to ensure accurate data is captured at one centralized place in HubSpot.

Created custom reports

To help 100 Club of Mass visualize their current and historical data, we created three custom buckets for reporting: 

- Past subscription data from Kindful 

- Incoming payments via Stripe 

- Annual revenue and detailed member/donor history

RESULTS

Detailed donor data with HubSpot-Stripe integration

By migrating from DepositFix to Stripe, 100 Club of Mass can now capture exhaustive details about a donor or member, and their history of payments. This data flows without a hitch to HubSpot.

Centralized database

Instead of having their data scattered across places, they now have a centralized database at HubSpot that has all their payment and data about members and donors, flowing seamlessly from Stripe.

Improved reporting and dashboarding

They now have access to accurate dashboards and relevant reports that take into account all current and past data. A robust dashboard has been set up that provides insights on significant details such as the activity of each donor or member, payment history, types of memberships held by payers, revenue generated annually, etc.
