Ensemble Travel, a consortium of about 760 independent travel agencies across the U.S. and Canada, recognized these challenges and began seeking innovative solutions to maintain their competitive edge and capitalize on the growing demand in the travel industry.

The challenge

Ensemble Travel's mission is to empower its members with marketing assets that help them streamline and execute customer outreach - all with zero fuss.

However, in achieving this they encountered several operational hurdles:

  • Manual processes consuming valuable time: Creating a single landing page required extensive manual effort, consuming 3 to 4 hours per page. This inefficiency hindered productivity and delayed campaign launches.
  • Lack of personalization in client communications: Without tailored content, engaging clients effectively was difficult, potentially impacting satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, personalizing content would require a great deal of effort - since the client used a 150+ row form to gather information to create landing pages and emails. This necessitated the requirement of automation. 

Our solution

Ensemble Travel collaborated with RevX to address these challenges. Our partnership focused on:

  • Implementing HubSpot HubDB modules and templates: RevX introduced dynamic HubSpot HubDB modules and customizable templates, simplifying landing page and email creation. This automation reduced manual workload and expedited content delivery.
  • Automating data processes with JotForm integration: Data collection became seamless by integrating JotForm with HubSpot's custom objects. This automation ensured real-time data flow, enhancing accuracy and reducing manual entry errors.
  • Developing responsive and personalized modules: RevX crafted responsive modules within HubSpot's theme structure, enabling Ensemble Travel to deliver hyper-personalized content across devices, enhancing user engagement.

  • Dramatic reduction in creation time: The time required to create landing page templates and emails decreased by 85%, even though the requirement form had more than 150 fields allowing the team to focus on more meaningful strategic initiatives.
