Context

Ensemble Travel's value to its members is straightforward: give independent travel agencies the marketing assets they need to compete, without making them build everything from scratch.

Landing pages, email campaigns, personalized outreach — the consortium exists to handle the heavy lifting so its 760 member agencies can focus on selling travel. The problem was that the heavy lifting had become genuinely heavy. Creating a single landing page required 3 to 4 hours of manual effort. The intake form used to gather client information ran to more than 150 fields. Personalizing content at any meaningful scale was practically impossible without automation.

RevX came in to build the infrastructure that would let Ensemble deliver on its core promise — fast, personalized marketing assets — without the manual overhead that was making it untenable.

The challenge

Ensemble's operational challenges were a direct consequence of its model. Serving 760 agencies, each with their own clients and outreach needs, demanded a content production capability that simply couldn't be built on manual processes. The gap between what members expected and what the team could realistically deliver was widening.

Landing page creation taking 3 to 4 hours per page

Every landing page built for a member agency required significant manual effort — gathering the relevant information, formatting it, building the page, and getting it live. At 3 to 4 hours per page, the math didn't work at scale. The time investment for each asset was too high relative to what was needed across a network of hundreds of agencies, and it was creating delays that limited how quickly members could launch campaigns and reach their clients.

A 150+ field intake form with no automation behind it

The form used to collect client information for landing pages and emails contained more than 150 fields — a reflection of the genuine complexity and personalization requirements of the travel industry. But without automation connecting that data to the content it was supposed to generate, every form submission translated into hours of manual work. The form wasn't the problem; the absence of a pipeline that could turn its data into finished assets was.

No native integration between JotForm and HubSpot for this use case
The solution that would solve Ensemble's problem — using JotForm to collect data and HubSpot to generate the corresponding pages and emails automatically — didn't exist out of the box. HubSpot and JotForm don't natively support the kind of deep, custom-object integration that Ensemble's workflow required. Building it meant developing a custom framework from scratch, which required both technical creativity and a deep understanding of both platforms.

Our solution

RevX built a custom integration architecture that connected JotForm to HubSpot's HubDB through private apps, custom code, and the HubSpot Files API — turning Ensemble's complex intake process into an automated content generation pipeline.

HubDB modules and customizable templates for dynamic content creation
RevX introduced HubDB-powered modules and customizable templates within HubSpot, enabling landing pages and emails to be generated dynamically from structured data rather than built manually each time. The templates were designed to be responsive across devices and capable of delivering the hyper-personalized content Ensemble's member agencies needed — pulling the right information for each client automatically, without anyone having to assemble it by hand.

A custom JotForm-to-HubDB integration built from the ground up
Because no native integration existed for this use case, RevX developed a custom framework connecting JotForm submissions to HubSpot's custom objects and HubDB using HubSpot private apps, custom code, and the HubSpot Files API. When a member agency submitted the intake form — all 150+ fields of it — the data flowed automatically into HubDB, triggering the generation of the corresponding landing page and email assets in real time. The manual step between data collection and content delivery was eliminated entirely.

Reusable modules built for consistency and future scale
The modules created as part of the engagement were built to be reusable across future projects, establishing a foundation that would reduce development time for subsequent campaigns and ensure consistency in how Ensemble's assets looked and behaved across its member network. Each new asset built on the same infrastructure rather than starting from scratch — compounding the efficiency gains with every iteration.

The impact

The results were immediate and measurable. The same content production operation that had been constrained by manual processes was now running on automation — and the difference in output capacity was dramatic.

85% reduction in time taken to deliver content
The time required to create landing page templates and emails dropped by 85%. What had taken 3 to 4 hours per page now happened automatically as a downstream consequence of a form submission. That reduction didn't just save time for Ensemble's team — it changed what was possible. Campaigns that previously required careful scheduling around production capacity could now be turned around in a fraction of the time, giving member agencies faster access to the assets they needed to reach their clients.

Personalized, responsive content delivered at scale
With dynamic modules pulling data from HubDB, Ensemble could deliver genuinely personalized content across its member network — matching the right offers, destinations, and messaging to the right clients — without the manual effort that personalization had previously required. The new system made it possible to serve hundreds of agencies with the kind of tailored content that had previously only been achievable for a handful.

A scalable foundation that improves with every campaign

The reusable module architecture and automated data pipeline didn't just solve Ensemble's immediate problem — they built a platform the consortium could grow on. Each new campaign benefits from the same infrastructure, with consistent output and minimal setup. For a network of 760 agencies operating in a travel industry that rewards speed and relevance, that kind of scalable, repeatable content capability is a genuine competitive advantage.
