HubSpot Setup

Needed assistance with setting up their HubSpot instance.

Mailchimp to HubSpot Migration

They were looking to migrate all data and information from Mailchimp to HubSpot. This includes migrating all email lists, contacts, and email templates.

Nurture Migration from Mailchimp to HubSpot

They also needed to migrate all the automated email nurturing workflows from Mailchimp to HubSpot.

  1. We assisted them with the complete HubSpot setup from scratch.

  2. We accomplished the seamless migration of all contacts by replicating the number of lists present in Mailchimp. Subsequently, we transferred the entire dataset to HubSpot, ensuring a successful transition.

  3. There were approximately 48 tags. We updated these tags to the respective contacts and uploaded them on HubSpot.

  4. We created email templates and replicated the same design previously used on Mailchimp.

  5. We also created a custom workflow to migrate the Nurture from Mailchimp to HubSpot.
