Improper MarTech Setup

CipherCloud wanted to understand how the MarTech infrastructure should be set up for scale.

Missing MOps Pillars

 P-Platform, P-People, and P-Process aspects of MOps were missing.

Missing Lead Engagement

500K leads were collected from events, with no engagement plan.

ACTION
  1. We built a scalable and customized Marketing Operations system in Marketo and SFDC for CipherCloud. 

  2. Correct segments in Marketo were built. Programs and folder structures with a proper taxonomy were created.

  3. All stakeholders were trained to increase the adaptability of the tools.

  4. Events leads were processed through many demand generation programs and engaged. Leads were now properly routed to the correct sales owners.

Proper MarTech Setup

The integrations across GTM, Ad Platforms, Data Enrichment, CRM, Market, and SFDC were now working seamlessly for accurate reporting.

All processes and tools were now in place. There was an increased alignment between sales and marketing teams.
