about our Breeze audit

What exactly is a Breeze AI assessment?

It's a structured audit of your HubSpot instance. We look at your data quality, your existing workflows, your current Breeze setup, and map all of that against the full Breeze agent and assistant ecosystem. The output is a plain-language report telling you what's ready to deploy, what needs fixing first, and what a realistic rollout looks like for your team. 

What's the difference between Breeze Agents and Assistants?

Breeze Agents are autonomous. They take action — prospecting, closing, handling customer queries, analyzing deal losses — without someone prompting them each time. Breeze Assistants are conversational. You interact with them directly to get research, coaching, brand feedback, or internal answers. Both live inside HubSpot. Both need to be configured properly to be useful. 

We're already using some HubSpot AI features. Do we still need this?

Probably, yes. Using a few Breeze features and having a coherent Breeze AI deployment are very different things. The assessment looks at the full picture — what you have running, what you're missing, and whether what's live is actually set up to perform. 

Our CRM data isn't in great shape. Does that disqualify us?

Not at all. Data quality is actually one of the core things we assess. A lot of teams don't know exactly where their data stands until someone gets in and looks. The assessment will tell you what shape your data is in, what that means for any Breeze Agent or Breeze Assistant deployment, and what needs to happen before you go live. 

Can you build a custom Breeze Assistant for something specific to our team?

Yep! If a native Breeze Assistant doesn't cover your use case, we scope and build custom assistants inside Breeze Studio. And if the use case goes beyond what Breeze Studio can handle natively, we build custom agentic workflows using Claude, Make, n8n, and other integrations that sit inside or alongside your HubSpot. 

How do you actually deploy Breeze in HubSpot?

Depends on what you're deploying. Some Breeze Agents are relatively straightforward to activate if your data and workflows are in order. Others need more groundwork. Custom assistants built in Breeze Studio require scoping, configuration, and testing before they're anywhere near customer-facing. That's exactly what the assessment is designed to surface — so you're not guessing at complexity.

Does the free assessment come with any obligation to work with RevX?

None. You get the report regardless of what you decide next. If you want to go implement everything yourself, the report will help you do that. If you want our team to handle it, we're here. The assessment exists to give you clarity, not to back you into a conversation you didn't ask for.
